Tuffalloy™ is an advanced chemistry developed by Hapco to meet today’s market demands for prototype and low production parts that mimic the physical attributes of many injection molding materials.
Tuffalloy™ 4270 series are low viscosity Liquid Molding Compounds with outstanding physical properties such as high impact, high heat distortion, and high tensile strength.
The 4270 Series is available in 4 speeds; 15, 7, 2, and 1 minute. The user has the ability to use a slower speed initially and increasing to a faster speed when using meter-mix dispensing equipment.
